3. Alcohol

4. Spicy foods

Additionally, these foods can cause your body to produce more heat. This can further dry out your eyes. 5. Fast food

However, if you have dry eyes, then eating this type of food can make it a lot worse. This food has a tendency to be high in sodium. Excess sodium can dry out your eyes.
